I’ve been toying with the idea of doing a video post. I haven’t worked up the courage quite yet, but I’m working on it. I enjoyed watching yours.
I loved Roald Dahl as a child. I was also fond of the original Nancy Drew series and there might have been a babysitters club book thrown in here or there.
Liked The Historian and The 13th Tale. Jamie Ford’s first novel Hotel on the Corner of Bitter & Sweet is about the internment of the Japanese in Seattle during WWII. (Similar theme as Snow Falling on Cedars if you read that one.) It’s a bittersweet novel — I liked it but perhaps his next one coming out this month might be even better? Enjoy your books for Sept.! cheers. http://www.thecuecard.com/
I don’t know why I never had a grasp on my Hotel was about. Looking forward to his next one as well. I haven’t read Snow Falling on Cedars either. Too many books, I tell you!

Video posts are so much fun! I used to love Nancy Drew as well.
I loved both The Historian and The Thirteenth Tale – they are excellent novels!
I enjoy the vlogging – Nicolas Holt was the name you were after 😉 hehe
Yes! Mr. Holt, indeed. I remembered his name as soon as I quit recording.
